The SST Coordinator partners with teachers, families, and outside professionals to coordinate interventions, accommodations, and individualized support plans that help students thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. Candidates should have experience supporting diverse learning needs, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to SMCA’s mission. A bachelor’s degree is required; a relevant master’s degree is preferred.
