Rachael earned her Bachelor of Science from Canisius University in Buffalo, NY and worked as a Scientist in the Pharmaceutical Industry for over 13 years until she and her husband welcomed their first child. For the next 11 years, Rachael volunteered at church supporting various financial and child ministries. Through these ministries at church and raising three children, a passion for teaching and mentoring youth was realized and Rachael began her journey working in the school setting, teaching Science, Math and Health at Lexington Christian Academy. Rachael considers it a privilege to be able to share her joy for The Lord and commitment to supporting our students at SMCA through working in the Guidance Department focusing on students' academic counseling needs.
Rachael lives in MA with her family, but grew up in Western NY and remains an avid Buffalo Bills fan - Go Bills! If it is not football season, Rachael loves spending time outdoors with her family swimming, playing basketball or exploring the beautiful states of New England.
