International Admissions
Thank you for your interest in our school. SMCA is proud to represent a number of international students. Below are the admissions requirements. Please review them carefully and contact us with any questions.

Apply
Complete the registration paperwork and submit along with the Admissions fee
After selecting the students grade, be sure to select "International Student Application Only".
Enroll
You will receive notification upon acceptance and will then need to make arrangements with the administrator to have an I-20 issued and discuss payment with the school office.

Written testimony (grades 7-12)

Copy of updated transcript with English translation

Copy of most recent standardized testing results with English translation

Copy of updated immunizations (a physical exam will be required upon arrival to the States)
Health Insurance
No student will be accepted without health insurance. If a student's health insurance does not cover the entire cost of a doctor's visit or hospital experience, South Merrimack Christian Academy and/or the host family is not responsible for the remaining balance owed.
Tuition and Fees

A student's account must be paid in full by the first day of school. A deposit fee is required to front the cost of miscellaneous charges that may accrue throughout the year. On the last day of school, a credit balance on the student's account will be refunded to the family. If the student plans to return the next year, the credit balance will remain on the student's account to be applied towards the coming term. All financial obligations must be met before Report Cards, Transcripts, Diplomas, and other school records will be released.
Housing
SMCA does not make arrangements for homestays. Most families require their own compensation for accomodations, however these terms are arranged apart from the academy.
